• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
